Megan Hurster finished 49th in a time of 20:30.07 to pace Colorado College on Saturday at the 2009 Southwestern College-NAIA Mid-States Classic in Winfield, Kan.
The Tigers finished 13th in the 22-team field despite competing without some of its top performers who are sidelined with illness and injuries.
Maggie Harkins' time of 21:04.83 was good for 63rd place, while Molly McGee and was just behind in 71st in a time of 21:21.72.
Nina Roumell and Davin Nadar were separated by just .85 seconds, with Roumell taking 84th place in 21.49.91 and Nadar's time of 21:50.76 good for 86th.
Colorado College travels to Conyers, Ga., next Saturday for the 2009 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships, which will be held at the Georgia International Horse Park.
